Banker's Banks
Bankers' Banks are chartered financial institutions owned by and dedicated to providing services to its member banks. Bankers' Banks typically provide correspondent and letter of credit services, bank stock loans, director and officer loans, commercial loan participation services and other bank-related services to the banks in their networks. These services allow community banks to provide competitive services to their customers.
Atlantic Community Bankers Bank
Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (formerly Atlantic Central Bankers Bank) was chartered in 1983 as Pennsylvania Independent Bank. Seventy-three community bank shareholders invested the initial capital to form ACBB. In 1992, the bank name was changed to more accurately reflect our marketplace and those of our shareholders in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York.
ACBB is a Pennsylvania state-chartered, Federal Reserve member bank serving over 295 shareholder banks in addition to many non-shareholder banks.
